WHO IS SCOTT FISH?

Scott Fish, the creator of Devy leagues and the ScottFishBowl (among other innovative settings and formats), has earned recognition as one of the most esteemed commissioners in the fantasy community. His enduring ambition is to encourage every league to donate one entry fee to charity.

Scott’s passions include supporting his fantasy football community and engaging in charitable endeavors. He started playing fantasy football in 1992, joining a dynasty league that has since transitioned into the keeper league that still exists today.

He started creating content in the fantasy industry in 2005. In 2007, he created his own site, FFOasis, which became well-known as the only Devy resource available and one of the bigger IDP resources. He created the Devy format in the 1990s and was the first analyst to write, podcast and produce Devy content in the fantasy industry.

Scott now runs LeagueSafe Commissioner Services. On the side, he hosts Commission: Impossible, a podcast and newsletter devoted to commissioner-based topics. He can also be heard on Fantasy Football Weekly, the longest-running fantasy football show on iHeart Radio.

SFB HISTORY

SFB was previously known as the FFOasis Invitational, a league for the members and readers of FFOasis. When FFOasis closed, the tournament needed a new name and home, and the Scott Fish Bowl was born.

The tournament has grown exponentially ever since, with the incredible support of the fantasy football industry getting together for a fun event and good causes.

It now features every big name in the fantasy industry, including many celebrities and former professional athletes, and it raises hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity every year.

Scott Fish Bowl is a charity fantasy football league that brings together thousands of fans, analysts and celebrities each year. This year, more than 3,500 people will participate in SFB14. There will be over 30 SFB Live events around the world, with over 1,200 people drafting their SFB team live at these fundraising events.

SFB and SFB Live raised funds for Fantasy Cares, which supports multiple charities. Every local draft can choose a local charity as the benefactor of its event.

SFB Live Cincinnati will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati and Go Pantry. We will also shop for toys in November with representatives from Butler-Warren County Toys 4 Tots to spread some joy at Christmas.
